The solution of the 9th edition of the MP Power Awards and the MP Power 12 Plebiscite is approaching fast. The Competition Final Gala is scheduled for April 23, 2021. The originator and organizer of this largest event in the event industry in Poland is MeetingPlanner.pl

THE MP POWER 12 PLEBISCITE POINTS OUT PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE GREATEST IMPACT ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EVENT INDUSTRY IN 2020, HAVE ACHIEVED PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS IN THEIR SPECIALIZATION, HAVE A HIGH LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS AND QUALITY OF OPERATION.

In the ninth edition of the competition, candidates for the MP Power 12 award were proposed by the broadly understood industry environment.

Łukasz Kubiak’s candidacy this year was submitted by the SBE Event Industry Association, of which TSE Grupa has been a member since 2019. From among the submitted proposals, in each category, the persons with the largest number of applications were selected, who received the number of points appropriate to their position in a given category. In this way, the most influential people in the meetings industry in 2020 were selected.

From among them, the jury of the MP Power 12 plebiscite will select the golden three – that is, it will indicate the nominations for the Power title, and then select the winner.

Among these people was Łukasz Kubiak, CEO of TSE Grupa.

Łukasz Kubiak – founder and board member of companies belonging to TSE GROUP. He studied Art History in Paris. He returned to Poland in the mid-1990s with a huge baggage of knowledge and experience. In 1996, together with Piotr Basek, he founded TSE Laser & Sound. To this day, they jointly manage this and similar companies under the name of TSE GRUPA, providing technical support for over 500 events a year.

Łukasz Kubiak is responsible for cooperation with event organizers in Poland and abroad. He is characterized by professionalism, industry ethics and care for the brand and position of TSE Grupa on the market. He runs international projects, including in Germany “Air Beat One Festival” and Qatar, where he opened a branch of the company – TSE Qatar. He was the producer of many television projects, including: Sylwester Marzeń 2020, Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019. He is a co-founder of the Sunrise Festival in Kołobrzeg and many other festivals.

He actively works for the event industry and stage technology. He is a speaker in discussion panels during congresses and meetings of the industry, he co-creates the International Conference of Stage Techniques “The Stage of Tomorrow”. It supports the organization of industry events such as the “Event Biznes” Conference or the “Polzak Marketing” Conference, which this year was held at TSE Studio. In 2021, he became a lecturer at Studuim “Event Management” at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.

Thanks to his involvement, TSE Group launched the TSE Studio 3 multimedia production studio and implemented innovative online event production using Extended Reality.
